Auto-Assess

Auto-assess allows an Administrator or Assessor to select assessments to batch process in place of an Assessor Assessment.  It will record the interim assessment result (IAR) for each employee/competency role as the final assessment result (FAR).

Access the grid by clicking Assess from the left navigation menu and selecting Auto-Assess.

Search for specific employee(s) and competency role(s). 

Check the boxes next to all employees and competency roles you would like to auto-assess, then click Submit.

The interim assessment result (IAR) will be recorded as final assessment result (FAR) for all of the selected employees.
