Unrestricted Assessors and Administrators may assign assessors and remove assessor assignments. Navigate to Assessment>Assessor Assignment to begin.
On the landing page, Assessor Management, you will see all current assessor assignments. Note that assessors and are assigned to employee AND competency role, so a single employee may have multiple assessors assigned if they have multiple competency roles.
The one available action on this page is to remove an assessor assignment. To do that, locate the employee and competency role. You can see the status of the current assessment in the grid. Once you locate it, click the x in the Delete column. This will remove the assessor-employee/role relationship to another assessor may be assigned.
If you'd like to assign an assessor to one or more employees/competency roles, navigate to the Assign Assessor tab. On this page you will select one or more employee/role to an assessor. Start by clicking the pencil icon in the Users box.
A grid will display in a popup. Select one or more employee/competency role, then the SELECT button.
Follow the same process for Assessor, but note that you may only select a single assessor. Only one assessor can be assigned to an employee/competency role at one time.
When you return to the main page, you will see that the SUBMIT button has become active. Click it to complete the assignment.
