Advanced Reports Categories

Advanced Reports support all features in CMS Online by providing additional visibility and presentation of data relating all major functionality.   We currently provide 71 different reports, arranged into 12 categories, which include:

• Assessment Progress:  supports management of the assessment process, providing information on assessment status and activity
• Assessment Results: displays various views of assessment results, organizational strengths and areas for development
• Assessor Management: supports Assessors in managing the assessor assessment process
• Competency Content:  displays details of all competency units in the instance
• Competency Roles: support competency role development by providing various views of competency roles
• Elective Training: provides a view into elective training selected, requested and completed by learners
• General Learning: displays training history and statistics on spending, regardless of how learning events were assigned
• Learning Curriculum: displays assignment and completion data for learning curriculum roles
• Learning Resources: provides information about learning events and their links to competency roles, mandatory training, and learning curricula
• Mandatory Training: displays structure of mandatory training roles, assignments, and completion status
• Plan and Develop:  provides specific data about learning events linked to competency development plans, selection by learners, and their progress through the learning
• User Data:  useful information that supports the administration of users in CMS Online
