Reassess Competency Units outside of a plan

When initiating a reassessment after you have completed a competency development plan, you may select additional competency units to include in the reassessment.  

After you launch the reassessment from My Development, you will be directed to the assessment summary page.  Click Select Additional Competencies.

The Competency Profile will open.  You can select one or more competency units to reassess, as long as they:

1. are in the same competency role
2. have a gap
3. have not been selected in another competency development plan
