Career Path

The Career Path provides employee users with a comparison view of current assessment results against all other job titles within their job ladder. 

Employees can also select any job title in the company and compare their current assessment results against the requirements for the target job.

Access the career path through My Reports, by clicking Career Path on the left menu.

Click Add Job Title to select one or more target job titles from anywhere in the company. Your assessment result for your current job title is compared to the requirements for any job title you select as well as for all the job titles in the Job Ladder below. 

The Job Ladder for your Discipline section displays your current job title, highlighted in orange font, and assessment results for that job title compared to all other job titles.   

Click the View icon to see a detailed comparison for another job title.

Any competency units that are in the target job title, but not in your current job title will display in gray.  Click the information icon to see ticks at the competency statement level.
