After an assessment is completed, your final assessment result is calculated for each competency unit you assessed against. The calculation is based upon % of statements ticked in each level.
If you meet the Minimum Level Requirements for a proficiency level, you will get full credit for that level. If you are <100% in the next level up, your result will reflect the % of that level (in decimals).
In the example below, the user has met the minimum requirement to get credit for Level 1, and will also get credit for all statements checked in Level 2. For this assessment, the result will be:
- Full credit for Level 1
- .8 credit for 4/5 statements at Level 2
- Total score = 1.8 (1 + .8)
The employee would receive full credit for Level 2 (since he met the 80% minimum threshold) if at least one box had been checked in Level 3.
