CMS Online Feature Release 4.34 - September 2024 – CMS Online

We released version 4.34 on September 11, 2024, which included the following features:

Feature	Description
Instructor role in CMS	We added 'Instructor' role in CMS. Instructors can now use CMS webapp to give credit to users after course completion.
Modified Internal Verifier role	We have made new updates to the workflow of Internal verifier and added configuration settings to manage these updates.
Restricted Viewer access to Power BI reports	Restricted Viewers can now access Power BI reports for their assigned user population.
Content Settings: Change CU Library/Sub library	We have developed functionality for Content Developer to move CUs from one library/sub-library to another library/sub-library. They can change CU library/sub-library in bulk.
Launch Non IHRDC eLS Courses from CMS online	We have added a new course type 'Hosted e-learning' for non-IHRDC courses in CMS, which can be launched in player.
No Evidence modification after FAR is generated	We have restricted modifications to evidences being uploaded after assessment is submitted and FAR is generated so that initially uploaded evidences can be reviewed when needed.
Administrator - Delete Training Completion	We have added new Administrator function where admin can delete user training records from CMS.
