CMS Online Feature Release 4.32 - March 2024

We released version 4.32 on March 13, 2024, which included the following features:

 

Feature​ Description​
Assessor Assessment Workflow Enhancements
  • We streamlined the Assessor workflow, enabling the assessor to immediately launch an assessment; selecting CUs is an optional first step​
  • Assessors may select additional competency units (CUs) when completing an employee's reassessment ​
  • To help assessors making multiple employee selections, we added grid 'memory' to the assessor assessment selection grid​
Ready to Assess? Reassessment Enhancements​
  • We streamlined the assessment summary page for all participants to show only competencies selected for assessment ​
  • We added a new email alert to notify selected parties when an employee is ready to assess a CU​
Evidence Follows a Competency Unit​ If evidence is submitted during assessment for a CU, and then the same CU is assigned in a different competency role, it will be visible in both CUs​
Elective Training Page​ We gave Elective Training its own page, in addition to the current swimlane on the dashboard. This is the first step to add more functionality in future releases​
Mandatory Training: Compliance Wizard ​ We gave the Compliance Wizard a fresh look, updating the user interface (UI) while bringing the engine behind it from version 3x into 4x ​
Content Settings: Bulk Edit Learning Resources​ As a time-saver for Content Developers, we added the capability to bulk edit individual Learning Resources. This is our first push into a new format for bulk content editing​
Learning Resources Updates 
  • We updated the bulk import template by adding the "completion method" field ​
  • To help content developers working with learning resources, we added memory to grouping and column position change in the Learning Resources grid​
