CMS Online Feature Release 4.33 - June 2024

We introduced a "Competency Board," designed to add flexibility to the assessment and development process​

Employees can choose whether to Develop or Assess each assigned competency unit​

All assessment participants can see the courses matched to assigned CUs  - plus the employee's completion status​

When an assessed CU is assigned to an employee in another competency role, the Supervisor's assessment ticks display in the new assessment​

To streamline the process of building a Competency Development Plan, we added a 'Select All' checkbox in Recommended Training​

Learners can see their completion status for all courses viewable on the Elective Training page ​

We enabled the use of Equivalent Courses wherever the course is assigned, so learners can get credit for completion of a substitute course ​

Content Developers can make a course inactive, removing the course from view while retaining completion history for any learners who completed it​

We added a new icon on the Competency Models Management Report to differentiate populated job descriptions from empty job descriptions​

We refactored the Curriculum Training Matrix report to improve performance and loading speed​

As the start of an ongoing effort, we optimized multiple pages in the application to improve loading speed​
