We released version 4.31 on December 22, 2023, which included the following features:

| New User Roles: Restricted Assessor (New) and Assigned Assessor (Updated) |
We created a new Restricted Assessor role to allow administrators to restrict the employees an assessor can select and changed the previous Restricted Assessor to “Assigned Assessor”. This will more closely align with Restricted Administrator and Restricted Viewer functionality |

| Workflow Redesign: Assessor Assignment Post-Assessment |
We redesigned a recent enhancement. The new design provides an option to continue or end the relationship between an assessor and the employee/competency role during reassessment |
| Assessor Access to Learning Matched to Competency Units | We created a new view for Assessors to see training matched to competencies (for example, Assessor Guides) during the assessment |
| Additional Mandatory Training Course Labels |
We added new labels to Mandatory Training to more clearly define the time remaining before expiration. Labels break out due dates between 1 and 12 months |
| Administrator: Reorganize Left Navigation Menu |
The list of menu items available to Administrators continues to grow, so we added a second grouping to the left navigation menu to group together Administrator functions |
| Customize Welcome Message | We added a third template option for added flexibility in customizing the instance-wide Welcome Message |
| Add Link to IHRDC.com | We added a link to IHRDC.com from the Resources menu Check out our new Clean Energy and Sustainability content while you're there! |
