Description​

Experience-based Learning Enhancements​

We improved the functionality available to editors, brought in all completion type options, streamlined the acknowledgement workflow, added dynamic updates to launch button ​

Course Completion status prior to Acknowledgement​

We added a new status: "In Progress" to apply after a learner requests acknowledgement and before Supervisor or third-party confirms it​

Enable use of Self-Assign Competency Development Plan​

We added a configuration setting to enable employees to build a competency development plan without the supervisor approval step​

Pre-select Target level in a new Competency Development Plan based on JLR​

We reduced required clicks, by preselecting target levels based on the JLR value; user can change the selection if needed​

Add Ready to Assess field on Assessor Assessment selection grid​

Unrestricted Assessor will be able to see which competency units are submitted for reassessment with clear indication on the grid​

Final Assessment Result email trigger​

An email alert will launch any time and employee has a final assessment result: we added email trigger to send email when auto-assess is used.​

Timed Learning Curriculum Completion​

We added the option to create and manage a Curriculum Campaign, that supports timed execution of curriculum completion​

Implement My Plan/My Development design​

We refreshed the competency development plan pages for improved useability and consistency.​

Refactor Competency Assessment Matrix​

We made speed improvements to the Competency Assessment Matrix Management Report​
