Patch Release v 4.21.1 - July 2021 (Mentor couldn't select CU for own plan, My Mentees' Plan calculation, Custom Email log)

We released a patch on July 16, 2021 to fix the following bugs:

• Custom email log not logging sent custom emails. 
• Mentor unable to select CU's for their own plan , that were selected for their mentees. 
• Every level evidence section for every CU was showing the text  "Sample of recent written communication" . 
• Update My Mentees Plan so % of plans approved does not exceed 100% 
• Update My Employees' Plan to align with My Mentees' Plan
