Prior to traveling to a location where internet access is not available or inconsistent, you may download assessments to complete offline. You may upload the results when you reconnect.
From the Assessment screen, slide the Supervisor/Assessor toggle to Assessor to see all assessments assigned to you. Tap the offline icon at top right.
Select one or more assessor assessment by checking the box next to the employee name; then tap Download.
The assessment(s) you selected will download.
You will see the offline icon display next to all assessments you downloaded, and a yellow Offline notification bar at the top of the screen. Proceed with the assessment by tapping the block in Assessor Assessment.
Begin by selecting competency units to assess, using the information to make selections.
Tap Start to begin the assessment, or Modify CU's if you would like to add or remove competency units from the assessment.
Complete the assessment by proceeding through each competency unit, reading the statements, and selecting each the employee knows or can do. Upload evidence by tapping Add +. The + New option opens a popup where you can add comments, upload evidence, or link a URL.
Click Next when you are ready to navigate to the next competency unit.
When you reach the last competency unit, "Done" will display at top right. Review your results, and comments & evidence, then SUBMIT.
The assessment will display in the Completed section of the Assessor Assessment page.
When you are ready to go online, tap the yellow banner at top of the page, and then Ok, to upload the completed assessment(s).
