Supervisors may assign an employee's competency role to another user with Supervisor permissions, in order to have that person complete all or part of the Supervisor Assessment.
The Secondary Supervisor columns are hidden by default, so when accessing them for the first time, the user must select them from the Columns option.
From the primary supervisor's My Employees' Assessment page, any assessment that has not been started or is in progress can be assigned to a Secondary Supervisor. Begin by clicking the edit icon in SS Assign/Remove column.
A list of all supervisors in the instance will display. Select the person who will complete the secondary supervisor assessment, then click SELECT.
You have now assigned a secondary supervisor. The secondary supervisor will see the assigned assessment when they login and navigate to My Employees' Assessment.
