The purpose of an Internal Verifier is to monitor and verify completed assessments, evidence and comments, to help ensure Assessors are completing a consistent, fair, valid and reliable assessment process.
Internal Verifiers are granted permissions by the Administrator so that they can access individual employees' assessment outcomes and evidence.
Click Internal Verifier from the left navigation menu under Assess.
Upon first login, the Internal Verifier landing page will not contain any records. Click Select Assessment to begin.
Search for the assessment(s) you would like to verify. Click the select box and then the Select button.
The users you selected will display on the landing page. Click Start to access the assessment results.
You can view full assessment results, including all evidence attached by any assessment participant. Click the information icon to see competency statement detail and ticks.
Once the review is complete, select one of the two available options and then Submit.
- Verified - no rework should be selected when the assessment does not require additional attention.
- Verified - rework required should be selected when the Internal Verifier identifies inconsistencies or other concerns that need to be addressed by the Assessor. Selecting this option will automatically unlock the Assessor Assessment and trigger an email to the Assessor.
