Overview
CMS Online provides a flexible software system to assess competency levels of existing and new employees, match training resources to identified skill or knowledge gaps and accelerate the development of the workforce. All CMS Online clients use the same commercially available software; however, through its configuration options, each client is able to tune the system to meet their own unique needs, including the use of company logo and colors.
CMS Online covers the entire process, focusing on three phases: assess, plan and learn. Employees complete self-assessments, supervisors assess their direct reports, and managers can easily see the competence level of the entire organization with one click. At any time, clients can view and download competency models, assessment results and associated training listings and run reports.
Employees have access to information about their own assessment, planning and learning at any time, while management reports provide higher level views of the organizational status, with the option to drill down to the individual employee level.
